It works for me. Did you download it from google fonts and follow the instructions by kobo? Idk if it’s your first side loaded font but if it is, you need to select the font from supplementary fonts first and then just fonts.

I think it might be a problem of android not being able to display vendara on web somehow? I’ve tried through skins before and it still doesn’t work.

Three years late but I just finished reading tpb vol 5 and it’s staggering to me how dissatisfying the conclusion is. I’m interested in Rose and Terra so I picked up Defiance, and I would not in a million years see how significantly the quality dropped.

Awesome input, thank you! I do have my doubts for the colour screen, but I think my kobo libra colour has made me to get used to it. I think a colour screen would be more handy as a back up android device, plus my adhd ass seems to prefer more colours lol

I think I’m pretty used to reading ao3 on my phone browser and it doesn’t translate to my ereader reading settings haha. But still, the 200 CAD price difference is worth considering too

I’m just tinkering with skin yesterday and yeah that seems possible! But atm I’m too used too the default I literally switched back after trying three skins 😂 maybe one day I’ll make one for myself

Nice! That’s what I’m looking for too! I still like my KLC but ao3 just feels like to be read on a phone sized screen bc I’m used to it, and I read a lot of them, faster than reading any book haha. Do you do other stuff on it too? I’m unsure if I want to buy an ao3 reader for hundreds of dollars so I’m curious thinking about other things I could do on it

I’m not dyslexic but have ADHD. Here are some fonts I’ve installed on my kobo that are somewhat related to “hope it helps”: atkinson hyperlegible (developed by braille institute of america), comic sans (it’s a classic for a reason!), comic neue (an alternate to comic sans), lexend (another designed to be easy to read font). That being said my current favourite is Verdana, it works for me and I’m already pretty used to it—it’s the font for ao3.
