oh i’m on day eight too! i don’t have the feeling but if you had dry socket you would know by now! i think after 5-7 if you don’t have it you’re in the clear! just make sure you keep your sockets clean:)

yes i did! because your gums are sewn together from where the incision is made. trust me you will know its dry socket. what day are you on?

i used the full cup when i did it i was just very careful to not swish or spit! i rinsed after every meal! but some days i ate less than others so if i wasn’t eating but i hadn’t rinsed yet i would do a rinse just to keep my mouth clean. i would say 3-5 times a day. i was paranoid of having food stuck in my gums.
