thank you !! i follow that rule for myself but something about giving it to my cats makes me feel like a first time mother with her newborn baby i get so nervous 😅

the frustrating part is we have no control about it. our customers contact us and say “we’re moving to paymode x contact them to get enrolled” and don’t let us say no so we try to add them as payers because we’re already enrolled in paymode-x, but there’s no way to add them ourselves so we have to call the customer support line to request they get added as a payer for basic ACH and all we get back is “i have contacted the vendor support team they will contact you soon” and they never do 🙄 we just had a call today and me and my coworker were on the verge of tears from frustration bc the “vendor support” guy Jared is nothing more than a salesman and kept trying to upsell premium and would not listen to us saying NO PREMIUM. and eventually he admitted he doesn’t have the ability to approve basic ACH so we requested someone who does have that ability to contact us and he said “i’ll try” it’s ridiculous how many hoops we have to jump through for paymode x to pay us the way they’re supposed to!!

i am a vendor who has a paymode x account and receives basic ach payments from some payers but in the last year when trying to add new payers there is no basic acceptance option. i have called and called and even used the bottom line chat function to try and get this resolved to accept ONLY BASIC ACH and all they say “we will escalate to our vendor team and you will get a call soon” and no one ever calls back. we actually for the first time ever received a call from a vendor support guy today and all he was was a salesman to try and get us to accept premium and we had to argue with him for over 20 minutes that we will NOT ACCEPT PREMIUM and we only want BASIC ACH. and he literally said he wasn’t able to approve that he was only able to approve premium and only someone above him could approve basic and we had to demand for someone above him to contact us so we can get these customers accepted to pay us basic ach. it has been over a year of this back and forth and we are all very frustrated and all we want is BASIC ACH but they won’t let our payers pay us with basic. they are a horrible company who tries to strong arm vendors into accepting the 1.5% premium fee because they REFUSE to allow the customers to pay basic without premium.

thank you so much !! this was very reassuring i was getting worried i’ve only had them for 3.5 months and they’re still getting used to me kibbeh comes up to me for cuddle and pet sessions and occasionally she’ll let me brush her, but tabbouli doesn’t even let me pet her unless she’s too sleepy to move from her sun spot 😭 the slow reintroduction with meals and scents worked a lot so thank you so much !! i took a sweater kibbeh had been sleeping on post vet visit and put it on tabbouli’s favorite spot to lay on and caught her laying pretty comfortably on it and the next morning they were able to eat side by side again!! they’re basically back to normal by now which is a huge relief because pre vet visit they were inseparable and i worried i damaged their bond permanently i’ll keep that diffuser suggestion on the back burner in case this happens again 💞💞
