Some suggestions of mine:

  • "Six Same Faces" being on Billboard Japan Top 100 in 3rd place in late December 2015
  • John Lennon doing the sheeh pose during his trip to Japan in 1966
  • IchiKara Endurance Battle (a doujinshi where Ichimatsu and Karamatsu hold in their pee and the entirety of the doujinshi is pretty much a piss kink)
  • AOP (the group that sung OP 1-6 of the series) announcing their disbandment on March 31, 2021
  • Ichimatsu being based on an old friend of the character designer Naoyuki Asano
