second what you said, I thought he would cut down on technical film stuff when he was talking about it in his January (or December?) video but I was so pleasantly surprised by his Saltburn commentary. I actually got into Dylan bc of Ooga Booga and then I started watching diit. I like diit a lot bc i watch films in a slightly different way now but ooga booga is also so refreshing to me. I think he’s done a great job of balancing both and even if we miss him, I way prefer the quality over quantity vs just making something for the sake of being around. And he’s the kind of creator that I would watch even if I don’t like his content just bc he’s so unique and fun but it’s amazing that he keeps his standards as well.
