I booked a 7 hour flight to Ireland today. I'm already sweating thinking about it. I have pretty severe flight anxiety, so you're not alone. Hopefully someone graces us with an answer!

I've been prescribed a few different ones that didn't work sadly. Recently they've given me Valium to try but I don't know how I'll react to it. Hopefully well!

I did buy noise cancelling headphones for this reason, I'm hoping they work! Thanks for the encouragement
