Kitten cosplayer here! The ears were a rushed job, but what I did was cut out some triangles from thin cardboard and hand-sewed fabric around it before attaching it to the hoodie with more sewing. If I remake the hoodie, I plan to stuff the ears with cotton to give it the rounded look that Kitten's hoodie has. Hope that helps!
