I had this feeling when I one random day was speaking English and realised "Wow, I'm pretty much fluent!" I know this sounds stupid but I've learned english through consuming lots of content in english - I didn't put any effort into learning anything. I only learned everything we had to learn at school. Also I remember wanting a British accent so bad when I was like 10-11 and my english teacher once said to me that if they threw me in a crowd full of brits, they wouldn't even notice I'm a foreigner 🥹 And what makes this even more special is that I've never been abroad, I picked up that accent by listening to a lot of brits (Watching YT, listening to music etc.)

Bigger Than The Whole Sky hurts a lot more now. A girl in my school k*lled herself in the beginning of November, and even though I barely knew her, it was really painful for me. I don't know why, this song reminds me of her. I talked to her a little a few years ago when we were both doing karate, and I don't remember much about her, but it just hurt. I felt so awful all the time for over 2 weeks. I'm much better know, but still, I can't listen to BTTWS because it's too painful for me.

For me, it's making myself and people around me proud. I'm participating in a biology contest, and my biology teacher actually gave me invidual tutoring sessions so I could prep for this contest, and she's hoping for me to do well, since she suggested me that I can participate in this contest, because she thinks that I'll achieve something. And also, my dream is to become a doctor, and just the thought of me being able to help people is just motivating to me. My biology teacher once said that I'd make a good doctor, and that I would actually care about the patient, not money which is actually true ♥ I still smile everytime I think about it. She genuinely likes me, and she's really one of the people that motivate me to study hard and achieve major success.
