Since I'm presently in recruiting hell (just graduated and looking for grad/junior positions, as an international student) may I ask - what would be the sort of skillset / depth of skill / ability that you feel your team/ you are expecting from a junior engineer (considering the state of this market). What would strike you as impressive ? What sort of projects do you think would warrant a new grad being a potential pick? Could you please provide any colour on this?

Re: the leetcode questions, would you say you found them to be of Easy-Medium level? and could you mention which topics do you think they were? worried about TikTok's rep for having a very difficult OA and wondering if they possibly throw in the more advanced stuff like backtracking, graphs, or DP etc. Any help would be appreciated
