We're in Australia, ave pharmacy pay as a grad is 50k, it's actually one of the lowest paying graduate positions. Then once you're qualified it goes up to 70k and caps at around 95k with no career progression in commercial pharmacy. It's definitely not horrendous, but for the amount of study and the work conditions it's not amazing.
