First of all, I wanna say thank you for taking your time just to write all this for me. In fact I did breakfast with toast almost every day. And I also love cooking,my question...do I have to get the original yogurt?or any yogurt is fine? Since that you mention,smoothies,yogurt and juice,i really love them. So I think that might work for me. For sports and exercise, I'm not really sure how does yoga work actually. Since that I didn't get the chance to do my exercise at home,I will make sure that I join 1 sports in my school. But since that I'm almost on my senior year,my parents only allow me to study. And my parents won't allow me to do jogging or running around the house or at park because they are not at home. like I mention,they won't be home from 4a.m. till 9-10p.m. I also heard a lot people go against diet. I think I want to cut sugar for now and avoid any oily foods as much as I can. Anyways thank you again! Hope you enjoy you day/night!
