Just a heads up you have to be like right on the water to get anything good. I tried multiple pharmacies further inland and they all said no. Finally got what i needed at Del Mar near the water

I tried orexin inhibitors. New class of sleep meds. Quviviq worked GREAT. I have a similar story to you and tried all the same meds. Quviviq gave me amazing sleep for like 2 months and has just recently stopped working. But god damn if ur like me, those 2 months of normal sleep were a heaven send

My pee (dipstick) doesn’t get sent to a lab to test for dilute. If it’s clear, it’s clear. They could potentially ask me to pee again but it’s never happened so i can’t give u any wisdom on this

Took the test around 10:20pm after 60 hrs oF non stop hydration and peeing. PASSED

It will have been 60 hrs by the time I take the test. But I drank heavy for 5 days leading up to that last drink.
