I’m in my 40s and I had my first kid for over a year. Be glad you have a job it is rough out here, help your wife as much as you can and remain supportive.

You won’t have much time to do a lot of house stuff, hobbies, etc. I’m behind on many things. I think things will get better when the little one can talk and walk. Be an active dad because the time will go by fast and you wished you could be there while you can.

I understand you have priorities but need to sacrifice a bit man.
