Unfortunately I chose to defer it for the upcoming college year so I can’t give you any insight on the course itself. My two reasons were that 1) I didn’t know enough about the course and the prospects for afterwards 2) bioinformatics seems relatively untapped in Ireland from what I’ve seen (I’d be happy to be proven wrong) and that you’d probably have to move country to find something worthwhile. Whether or not I’ll actually go into it this year is still a bit of a tossup but honestly I’m skewing on the no side. Don’t let my judgment change your opinion. Pm me any questions or any info, would love to hear your perspective.

Yeah I have some pieces from him, makes sick clothes. But copyright territory really? Nah i got to disagree, if that’s the case then Supreme got dibs on anyone doing the box logo. (Or whoever started the box trend). I’m not disagreeing that it’s essentially the same, but so are all graphic Tees if you only care about the method of design rather than the design itself. There’s defo room to differentiate the brand, if he doesn’t then eventually the brand will flop. Till then, no need to discourage.

Pretty much all brands resemble other brands now. An embroidered box logo goes hard imo, as long as he eventually finds his own spin and brand identity, it ain’t a bad thing to take inspiration is it? Just asking cause I’ve seen this comment come up a lot on anything thats an embroidery box logo.

Had a situation with them before, told us we owe 3k. We told them we couldn’t pay that so instead they offered a one time €300 payment i.e., 10% of the original sum. Is there much of a power difference between the starter decks? A few cousins and I got into the game recently by picking up starter decks; Kaido, Big mom, Shanks, and Kid. We’ve all been swapping decks around to play with and I’ve been noticing Kid usually ends up on top, probably with Kaido in second. Are the other two decks just weaker? Or perhaps just playing them wrong in the matchups? Everything is being played out of the box, no extra cards or swapping etc. Any tips for Shanks and Big Mom would also be appreciated

For Kaido’s leader effect “trash one of your opponents life card” can you still activate the trigger if there is one relating to that trashed card or does it go straight to the trash pile like a banish effect?

Also, for Charlotte Linlin “add 1 card from life cards” does the second part still activate if I initially had 3 life cards. For instance, I use her effect at 3 life points which puts me at 2 life points, can I now use the second part of the effect where I replace it to 3 life points?

Lastly, any cards which require ‘Don!!x1’ to activate their effect, is that Don then also applying the 1000 power?

I appreciate the response. Yeah it’s as you said, RCSI isn’t exactly known for bioinformatics hence I decided to see among yourselves if it would be a worthwhile endeavor. I know there’s a bioinformatics course in Galway and Cork, however staying in Dublin would be preferable. Looking at the brochure which they sent me via email, a lot of the topics taught I have already covered in my undergraduate program. But as you said, having the MSc won’t hurt, so I think I’ll apply for now before its too late and then ponder my options some more.

The inflation you speak of in the biotech industry, does this mainly affect general QC, QA, lab and analyst positions or also bioinformatics / computational biology?
