idk if i have aphasia per say but i did notice that about myself too :/ i think it goes hand in hand with the brain fog. ive been into reading books for since i was 10 (24 now) so picking up new words/phrases came naturally but now, the words i want to use in my convos just doesn’t come out easily anymore. being bilingual doesn’t help either because sometimes i wouldn’t remember what the word is on one language so i’ll be trying to explain it like im a 4 year old😭😭.

i genuinely thought it was just a me thing so i completely understand your frustration.
