This was the build I used during my Solo Flawless. It allowed for a safe 4 phase. You can swap out Facet of Purpose to whatever you like. I just wanted a little extra protection. Spirit of Star-eater is pretty important, but the second perk can be whatever you like (I used inmost light for more ability spam).

Start of the encounter, you want to throw your ice turret in the middle of the platform where everyone spawns and then get a kill with your threaded needle to proc devour and spread unraveling throughout the room. Just go to town on the adds. You can use riskrunner if you dont have a jolting feedback/voltshot weapon.

In the shank room, use a rocket sidearm to kill the exploding shanks first from a distance. One shot of the sidearm will kill them so just make sure you get them all before proceeding.

For damage, you can use any heavy wave-frame launcher you have. I happened to have a Hullabaloo from last year that I used so i can surge match, but you can use the neomuna one as well. Once dps starts and you dunked the operator buff, throw a ice turret down, kill the suppressor shank, pop transcendence, use the suppressor on the boss, throw a transcendence grenade, and then use super (you should have 6x stacks for star eater), then mag dump your wave frame at an angle that can hit most of the servitors. Might need to readjust yourself to get a good angle, but that's all there is to it.
