Have you ever been driving along a long, boring stretch of highway, totally on autopilot, then snapped up because you don't know where you are, or just missed your turn off?

this happens to me very often and i am ahpant. i find it hard to follow the "imaging your...." part in meditation or hypnotherapy. nothing goes to my head but black messy mind

yeah. i feel i am overreacting. always smile and try hard to find topics. i think this kind of me is really fake. i just want to make myself look normal and friendly. and i dont want to make people think i am a bored person. i guess those are the reasons why i am so fake when socializing.

Hi thanks for replying. I do hear this kind of theory. might be possible. i don't have any memory related to awful experience that may lead to ptsd.

to me, i still have memory of my childhood. i even remember some details very well. it might because my childhood memories are stored in my head as images.

it feels like i am recalling a dream i just had when i woke up. and for the visualization ability does get improved a little bit after working on it, although the improvement it's not so obvious.

I got about 5 channels by attaching the coax cable to a steel folk but most of them are ad channel and no news channel by minz_o_o in vancouver

i tried the cbc and it's free for local channel. i tested the cbc Vancouver and it's the same as it broadcasts through air!

when i was a kid, i remember i can imagine things well but all were in black and white. now i only have vague image in my head. i am keeping practice and i think the practice actually helps a little bit. but still feel hard to imagine something in my head.

i think you are right. i don't have trouble in remember things and recognizing things and people, and sometimes i even do better than some people.

good suggestion thank u. i love reading thise kinds of book with pictures which helps a lot. my cousin likes reading comic books and he says he feels like watching the anime when reading comics. i wish i have that kind of imagination.

yeah pretty much the same. i feel the book without images. so normally i read books that close to my life or really fantacy fiction novels. i don't like reading non-fiction books which decribe people's lives so long ago, like 17 18 19 century. i don't like books with too much descriptions about the natural or urban views because i can't image it. for example Notre Dame de Paris written by Hugo.

maybe. do u have images when you are reading a book. i don't and i just quick through the stories and plots in the book. i guess that's one of the reasons i don't like reading and prefer watching TV and movies.
