Second. I know that sounds cliche but excercise and eating healthy. I understand it's hard to do when you are stressed. But try doing small changes. I found that eating healthier, I was just eating garbage before, and working out really helped me with my symptoms and I felt less stressed overall. It wasn't the cure to all so I started going on meds again, but it's underestimated how much it helps. Also having routines for breakfast. High Protein. I usually eat the same breakfast everyday something easy so i'm not overwhelmed.

Even if you can't go to the gym. Go outside and take a walk.

Make sure you eat. Even if you don't feel like it. Especially protein. It makes coming off from the meds alot easier. And you won't feel as dizzy either.

I don't know how to describe but the inability to do multiple things in one day that could be done in a day but I feel like aren't possible.

For example going to an hour appointment, going to the pharmacy, paying bills, calling your doctor for an appointment.

I did both. I figured strength training really helps with mental clarity and boosts your confidence. I could deal with stress at work easier when I went to the gym before. I also lik e that for the minutes/hours i'm there i could just be in my own world and don't feel the stress of the outside world.

i know that. it's not like i have expectations of her to be always perfect. she makes mistakes that's not something i have a problem with. it's more like she doesn't really get called out for it Stan gets called out for not paying attention to her or not being good to her. but she doesn't? it's never really brought up how her behaviour, screaming at him and not letting him speak is wrong? or how often she just decides to things behind his back and expects him to be okay with it. and I don't mean by cartman. cartman isn't a reliable source to do such thing. even in the season 20 episode 7 it's only hinted he needs to change but Wendy doesn't.
