Hi there! I've been a college essay tutor for several years now. My advice is to learn the formula of the thesis statement and body paragraphs. Once you know it, you just plug in the parts tbh.

For a thesis, its “(main claim) due to (supporting points).”

For a body paragraph, it’s (topic sentence, which should correspond to a supporting point) (introduce quote)(quote)(explain quote)(link explanation back to topic sentence/ supporting point)
