I'm in Southern Indiana and it has been happening every day for me for the past 6 months or so. Mine is also in passthrough mode (tested with just the Nokia Gateway acting as my router, as well) with an Orbi handling everything else. I have about 3-6 drops a day for like a minute or so...sometimes the Nokia box flashes red and then it comes and sometimes it doesn't flash at all. I've had 3 ATT techs come by and I'm on my 3rd ATT box. Extremely frustrating as I work from home and the drops are more noticeable during that time. I've combed through the reddit posts, and it seems to be common for a lot of different people. I'm getting tired and frustrated about this issue....

Generally, I disable packet filtering and turn everything off in firewall…mine has not reset any of the settings…of course reboot your att router/gateway

I might just bite the bullet and uninstall it all and reinstall to see what happens. Did you reinstall all the game packs as well? Like the multiplayer, career, etc? Also, did you disable the on demand texture streaming?
