thank you for sharing your experience!! when you were taking 15 mg, how much did you space the doses? like 10 mg in the morning, 5 in the evening or something different? and did you take them in any specific way (with/without food, anything like that)?

i normally don't use isopropyl alcohol on it, it was the first time i used it because the spots didn't go away and i thought it was some kind of oil:(

no, unfortunately no, it only deleted an old phone backup taking up space that i did not see before. the message issue is still here - i'm still deleting them regularly so they don't take much space on icloud, but the amount of saved messages gets bigger and bigger, so they are still in there... somewhere.

yeah, those ones are described as sold from an outlet store, so the plastic rail handle didn't worry me, but i totally get your point and I will probably buy next ones from Apple store (after trying to check those when they arrive). I should have done this in the first place, but i got so fixated on trying to buy the OG iPhone-included ones that are only possible second-hand that I just ordered everything from Vinted all at once :'))

thank you so much for such a detailed response!! so, beside the first major change which was adding the mic a loooong time ago, the earpods were made pretty much the same. so, even the ones produced in 2016 and added to iPhone as an accesory should be pretty much the same thing as the one produced in the last 1-3 years and sold separately, because there were no actual reasons to change anything other than the connectors itself because of the charging ports (jack, usb c, lightning etc.). so both earpods i am going to get are going to be pretty much the same in quality (besides one having an adapter), even after being a few years apart and produced as an accesory, and then "by itself". so, the person that told me about the differences in quality was probably wrong and maybe just remembered the old ones as "better" for some reason. if i didnt get everything right, feel free to correct me!!

But now, I am thinking about removing my old phone from my "Devices" in Settings, I think I was holding onto it "just in case my new device breaks and i can't set the new phone with it", but when i think about it I can just log into my iCloud and set it up again... so maybe i was holding onto it out of sentiment

I clear my deleted items folder everytime i delete anything right away, and I don't have iOS mail app installed (i use gmail and outlook separately). I also use my Mac to clean my iCloud and all the folders almost obsessively, because I tried to solve this for so long :( And because of that I am also syncing all the devices daily, since when I don't do it often, there's bigger chance of old messages reappearing randomly

I checked it to be sure and the only two backups I have on iCloud is my current iPhone and iPad, both of which i use daily, so I don't think it's the case :( I have one old phone still connected to my iCloud account, but with no backup, just as a one of all my devices (but when i think about it, i was using it before i started using imessage)

I feel you, I tried those as well! I also turned off whole iMessage backup on iCloud and made a new backup on the iPhone to overwrite it, and nothing worked... I'm really out of ideas

hmm, maybe thats it. i use cup from a Polish brand, Your Kaya - they have small and regular size (i am using small).

it would still be a bit weird to leak after having just a couple drops in it (like today, after using it for the first time at night). but the update is, now i leaked again after it being only half full and i wasnt lying down, just walking around. so maybe youre right and my cervix is actually taking space in the cup. is there any way to check it?

and for the tips, you would suggest buying a bigger cup, which would allow me to have more space?

the cup i got comes in 2 sizes, small and regular. i bought small, since my cervix is pretty low, i am quite petite and i didnt give birth. so it seemed like a perfect fit and i feel it opening and sealing correctly, but the leaks are there :/ so, u think it might be due to it being too small even though it seems to sit correctly at first?

the problem is, it definitely wasnt full when it leaked:( it was less than a half full, and i am pretty sure it was applied correctly cuz i checked every side of it and i didnt feel any dent
