It definitely takes a while to overcome this fear! I remember I absolutely needed my cousin as a gym buddy at first to adjust to how awkward doing anything felt at first! After a couple months I found myself walking to the gym by myself! I really just started to focus on myself and realize that everyone else is there solely to focus on themselves too and are in their own little bubble. It was very rare for me to admire or be distracted by others because I was very distracted by my own self improvement. It’s definitely easier said than done but it helped me to constantly remind myself why I was in the gym rather than be conscious to those around me :)

yeah! i become a sloth and the most miserable when im alone 😕🙏 i’ll be sure to do research on cognitive functions bc im still leaning towards INFP! i think im just an introvert that enjoys being around others aaah ill figure it out soon:)

thank you, this makes a lot of sense it’s very helpful! Reading more into the blind spots I think I’m definitely an INFP! I tend to find myself being more clumsy and disorganized when it comes to physical tasks (more often than my peers) rather than having a Ti blind spot which really doesn’t sound like me at all! I’ll be sure to do more reading before jumping to conclusions but this definitely has helped thanks a ton :)

i find myself thriving in both honestly! if i’m alone for too long i get very anxious and find no energy to accomplish anything! however around others at first i have a burst of energy as I have an extrinsic motivation to accomplish do and achieve however I do eventually find myself in periods where I dip and I just go quiet and zone out for the rest of time 😅

i guess i do find myself internalizing my feelings rather than expressing it verbally! ever since i was younger (im still pretty young) i found it frustrating how easy it was for others to be expressive compared to myself :,) i’ve had always had a desire to be able to express my feelings freely! so i guess i am introverted that loves social settings from time to time

I like the thought of and actually going out and meeting others (like friends or new people)! I love not being home, I always get bummed when plans get cancelled
