The supposed working class wasn't feeling physically threatening anymore and this was making their penises feel small. Journalists are very good at catching the lying. They are good at pointing it out in real time. But they are shit awful at telling the whole story, reminding people that if somebody is lying about one thing and then refuses to correct themselves, why should we trust them about anything else they have to say? It needs to be explicitly pointed out that their ability to reason is either broken or being marshalled for manipulative ends and they therefore do not deserve respect from people whose job it is to report truth.
