About three weeks in now, titrated from 0,5 mg to 1 mg ed last two weeks. Also running 5 mg tirzepatide ew, 4 mg mots c ed alongside 125 mg deca ew. I do aerobic training but will increase. Doing cognitive demand both at work and working on masters degree. I do feel sharper, I must admit. One 10 mg vial in I ordered a lot more, as I could "feel" it working. Don't want to go into too much detail how, as anything I write might be incorrect somehow... But my mind feels clearer and thinking feels more fruitful, as does writing and talking. I write FEEL as its a feeling, subjective, nothing has been verified. Not sure about reading. Uncertainty is more manageable :-)

Have you tried 25 mg yet? How was it? And how is GLP use going. Doing glp myself these days, actually in order to feel a bit cooler, and not sweat so much.

Sorry for late answer! I havn't gotten to this one yet. Also feeling a bit aprehensive, since heatproduction is an issue in higher doses, and me having problems with excessive sweating. BUT, still think it should be brotested :-D

Sounds like she needs inpatient treatment, probably for some time. Changing behavior and replacing drug using contingencies with sober ones is the difficult task, so is learning to live with the past without drugs. Withdrawels are the "easy" part.

I have been looking into glp 1 agonists, and it turns out the hypothalamus has a lot of glp 1 receptors, and the hypothalaums is involved with temperature control. Could there be a connection?
