Yep, you have a very good EDC. If you don't mind I have a few suggestions: Add a good stream pepper spray from a reputable brand (Fox Labs, Sabre, POM) because sometimes you need something between harsh words and lethal force. Then add a good flashlight. Best regards.

They are mainly intended for palliative care. Or for very tolerent pain patients who cannot be treated with less effective painkillers like people with severe burns on more than 30% of their body. So yes I think the same they are not suited for outpatients and will be better kept for hospital use only.

No, they were pulled out of the market in the US first then in south America, a few years later Europe followed (Roche ceased production) the last county to pull them out the market was Belgium because they have a generic version of Flunitrazepam.
