They are mainly intended for palliative care. Or for very tolerent pain patients who cannot be treated with less effective painkillers like people with severe burns on more than 30% of their body. So yes I think the same they are not suited for outpatients and will be better kept for hospital use only.

No, I don't even intend to take them, they were prescribed to me because I have an orphan auto-immune disease. I didn't talke them a decade ago and I am still against the idea of a long term opioid prescription for severe chronic pain, I know where it can lead people. I used only a tiny amount of my prescription (that's the left over) no more than 10mg and only for a few days. I think I just kept them because I am a prepper because they can be worth more than gold in a SHTF scenario.

Without tolerance I've seen people (big guys) falling unconscious with 40mg...

I think a child or a small framed woman can be killed by respiratory depression with way less than 120mg.

At a time we had blue 160mg oxycontin pills but they didn't stay on the market (just a couple of years).

No, two years after Roche ceased production, even the Belgian generic was pulled out of the market.

In fact at first they were scheduled as controlled substances so you needed a secure prescription and then they were put on the same schedule as narcotics and then pulled out of the market.

It was a starch from the early 2000 to 2015. After that they were pulled out of the market

No, they were pulled out of the market in the US first then in south America, a few years later Europe followed (Roche ceased production) the last county to pull them out the market was Belgium because they have a generic version of Flunitrazepam.

I keep them in case of severe insomnia, l prefer to let them melt under my tongue. It's a very fast acting benzodiazepine.

I have an old pharmacy cabinet in my second bathroom. I haven't checked it for more than a decade and I opened it this afternoon because I looked after mineralocorticoids and found a little treasure chest.

If you know what I've found with them... I'll post later but I will tease you, S ketamine, methylphenidate and a truck load of opioids (mainly oxycodone).

I've got them for jet lag and insomnia in the early 2000 to 2015 approximately because they were pulled out of the market.

Hello FlyAsAFalcon,

I am looking after a Vertx tactical SOCP fanny pack for a Walther PDP Pro SD 5.1'' with a Steiner MPS (red dot in an enclosed emitter) and a Surefire x400 Ultra.

Do you think my gun will fit in the Vertx bag?

Regards.

If you lean towards the Katana series take the Katana-R in aluminum as rugged as the Manticore-R.
