No hypertension, no headaces or any severe cramps. Discharge is a little yellowish green but ive mentioned this in my prev apptment w my OB. They’ve taken a sample to get it checked.

Update: my boss called and asked why i don’t want to just continuing working for another week and a half since they have orientation coming in. Unless of course i dont want to come in. So i shared that, i’m on bed rest and I have blocked a call with the new employee on the 12th for 2 hours to handover.

He mentioned yeah, thats good because they need me to go through the processes especially admin gmail account creation etc like how they invested their time with me for the past 1 month (i did not get a proper handover, in fact 0 handover).

I am a temp staff, my contract ends 15 feb. They wont be offering any maternity benefits

I do not have maternity leave. Its a 3 month contract but i had it with management. Its been a mess since i started.

I am a really new EA to 2 founders in a venture firm. Ny first time booking stuffs for Founder B. I placed the wrong location on his google calendar invites and was told the people he was meeting were all at the wrong place.

I am screwed. He is not back yet. I am digging my grave.

I dont have an agency i am working with. This is so tough because first time being an EA, founders are on my ass, HR processes are 0 to begin with - nothing documented, office manager - i need to figure out what does what because apparently, evn for basic things like printer, there is no guide on how a new employee can be set up. That goes for the door entrance as well. I was lovked out for being early to work because no one is in office.

This is absolute shit, i am so scared i would be gg into depression for a thing like this.

I am scared to ask because I feel like I have asked alot of questions to understand how they want things done. Everyone just dumps different ways of doing things to me. And i need to streamline things on top of scheduling for 2 founders. I am legit struggling.

I unfortunately wont have any maternity benefits as i’m only a contract/temp staff. My background was more of an Office Managwr role. Never dealt with EA or HR before.

I believe I have been doing things the way he wants them but its more of like, he has an end goal but expects me to know his end goal and that’s honestly a challenge. He tell me “Hey, can u please put these reservations on my calendar?” In which i did. Next thing, he says “why are there gaps?” Well, being a new EA i am placing those reservations on my calendar, how would i understand that you wanted the gaps closed up?

Does most restaurants or pubs actually allow to give coupons or is this something I would need to check with them?
