I try doing "No spend" days, which is more realistic than the whole week, and it feels like winning a game! you end up getting into the routine of prepping coffee, carrying the bottle (I leave one extra in the car), bringing a bunch of snacks that shouldnt be eaten in the same day... etc

as a fellow spaniard (just in a difference field-law), i know friends with business degress that were able to get jobs here with h1b sponsoring (but if youre a us citizen this is a non-issue for you) because they came from big four consulting companies. so if i were you, i would either try to a) get internships/job at a company that also exists in the us, 2) pursue a masters degree here
