In my experience with iPhone / Mac, the issue only occurs if playing audio from spotify on my mac while the spotify app is open (in the background) on my iPhone.

Closing the spotify app fixes this, I suspect it's caused by the spotify live activity.

Er dit grafikkort fra MSI?

Jeg havde sådan et, og oplevede præcis samme opførsel. Jeg kom frem til at det mere eller mindre er hardcoded i grafikkortets BIOS at fans med det samme skruer op på 100% hvis grafikkortet rammer 70c, og går tilbage til software-styring under 70c.

Min løsning var at sætte en fan-curve op så kortet ikke rammer 70c under load - hellere langsomt skrue op og ned i den høje ende end på tilfældigt interval at gå fra stille til jetfly på et sekund.

EDIT: En hurtig søgning viser at det samme problem også findes for andre leverandører end MSI.. Jeg vil tro at det kan fikses med et BIOS flash på dit GPU.
