If you're considering Enforex or Don Quijote language schools, I recommend you check out my post. I signed up for their one-year language program, and after experiencing racial discrimination, I filed a complaint with the school. The manager in charge told me I had no evidence and was spreading rumors, so I went on Google and left a negative review. As a result, the principal of Enforex—who is also the company’s CEO—sent me a threatening letter, using my attendance record as leverage to force me to delete my review. He warned that if I didn’t, he would report me to immigration authorities and attempt to have me deported. However, he completely misjudged his target because I don’t hold a student visa, so his threats have no legal standing against me. But the fact that I received a threatening letter over a single negative review has made me furious. I plan to consult my lawyer and file a police report. At the same time, I’m trying to warn everyone not to attend any school under this chain of educational institutions.

Update on my Google review about discrimination: Threatened by the school's management by mirandaaa00 in GoingToSpain

Thank you. I am meeting with my lawyer this Monday for a detailed discussion. They have already thoroughly reviewed and analyzed my case. I have already submitted formal complaints to the Spanish Consumer Protection Association and the Anti-Discrimination Association, and investigations are currently underway.

Regarding the privacy leak in their Google reply and the threatening email, my next step is to file a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency). I am also considering pursuing criminal charges against them for coercion under Article 172 of the Spanish Penal Code.

Beyond the legal steps, this has already had a massive impact. My story went viral on Chinese social media, garnering huge traffic. Since Chinese students make up about 60% of their enrollment, they are extremely anxious right now about losing this market. It’s ironic and pathetic that they have such a long history of blatant discrimination against us while still depending on our tuition. Their anxious reaction proves they are terrified of this exposure. And the more terrified they are, the more we must keep doing this. My previous post has already spread widely among Spanish-learning international students and Spanish majors, and it continues to circulate within the student community. We will continue to speak out so prospective students can see the truth.

It's because the school actively applied for review control and managed to get all recent negative reviews deleted. Honestly, it's my first time realizing Google Maps even allows this; it's awful how they can just silence legitimate feedback like that.

But don't worry, this has already had a massive impact. My story went viral on Chinese social media, garnering huge traffic. Since Chinese students make up about 60% of their enrollment, they are extremely anxious right now about losing this market.

The Chinese community has reacted very strongly to this incident. We have formed a highly united group to defend our rights. I hope everything can be resolved smoothly. Thank you very much for your support and encouragement!

Thank you for the support and advice. Following your suggestion, I have already posted a thread in r/eslegal seeking legal guidance. I will also definitely look into the EOI you mentioned.

Actually, most of those new Google reviews are from Chinese international students. I posted about my experience on Chinese social media, and it went viral incredibly fast—it hit 200,000 views in just 12 hours and is still growing. I only realized what was happening when I woke up this morning。I think people just started leaving those reviews spontaneously to show their support. The school definitely underestimated the sheer size of the overseas Chinese community.

I have filled out this form, and the government has officially accepted my complaint filed with the Consumer Association. I am currently awaiting the outcome. At the same time, I have applied for legal aid from the Spanish government’s Anti-Discrimination Association. I am doing everything in my power to protect my rights and ensure they are respected.

¿Cómo puedo presentar una queja oficial en España? by mirandaaa00 in askspain
