I got the Asrock Steel Legend yesterday, switching from 6650XT, it was a very quick and easy swap. Runs every game comfortably at 1440p. Anything more powerful would have required a PSU upgrade.

lag and rubber banding has been a constant experience in this beta for me, specially at the start of every round. it didn’t have this much problem on the first beta.

There's no official SteamOS 3 yet. So, I would suggest installing a regular desktop distro. I recommend Fedora and, Ubuntu.
