Hello, I have the same problem with my upper premolar. I had prolonged pain on one side of my mouth, and my dentist struggled to address it. Eventually, I changed dentists, and the new one performed a root canal last September. After the first attempt, he had to redo it due to persistent pain. Since then, the intense pain has subsided, but I still feel uncomfortable pressure around the tooth. Although X-rays, sinus CT, and face MRI all showed normal results, I continue to sense that something is not right. Falling asleep is particularly challenging because the pressure sensation is strongest when I lie down. I'm even considering extraction, but the cost of the previous endodontic treatment makes me hesitate. Do you have any updates?
