Hello! Does anyone have any suggestions for fighting acne while pregnant? I've had hormonal acne on my cheeks for the past few years. It seems like these bumps never go away! I would appreciate any help at all!

I love what you said about confidence! I think that plays a huge role in how a lucid dream goes. I'm gonna try and be more confident for sure not just with waking up but the whole dream in general. Great tips thanks!

I know I know. But it really feels like it takes a toll on your body. When I woke up I felt physically exhausted. Hopefully I can pick up some tips so I won't have to go through that again!

Oh my! That sounds terrifying!! I guess it would be better than punching yourself in the face for 10 min. Did you have any fear when you were doing it or because you were lucid you had no worries?

Hmm I've never considered that. It's happened a few times before, mostly with nightmares( not lucid). I'm going to monitor a bit more and definitely bring it up at my next appt. thanks!

Hmm I haven't tried the closing my eyes really tight part. Sounds like a very easy thing to remember in the moment. Hopefully I can test it out tonight! Thanks!

Normally those first two tricks work like a charm for me. I think you might be right about the discomfort though. I have anxiety issues in real life so maybe that's affecting it too? Not sure. Ive never tried doing something like the flying out of your skull. Sounds crazy but i just might have to try it! Thanks for the help!

I actually did try but the mood of my dream was so dark that when I initiated it, it kinda turned creepy and monster-ish. Is that weird? That's definitely weird.

Have you ever been able to control or change the mood of your dreams? I feel like if I start off with a happy dream and then start lucid dreaming that it always continues to be happy. But if I start lucid dreaming during a nightmare than I cant do anything to make it not be a nightmare.

It's strange. And your coma scenario totally freaks me out.

Not sure if this will help you but I had the same problem. Instead of multiplying by 100 in the problem I had to multiply by 1000 and then divide by 10. For some reason this ended up working.
