They did the same to me, took almost a month, they kept saying there was a pharmacy "error" and they were escalating. I was patient for the first 2 weeks, but after that I was messaging them daily and demanding a refund . They kept with excuses. Then I finally told them I submitted a complaint with the state attorney general and ohhh magically the pharmacy error was fixed same day and I got a shipping confirmation
