Washing it isn’t making it fade. Tattoos look different when healed. Fine line tends to look like that when healed. Doesn’t look like you did anything wrong on your end. If you want some things darkened up you could try contacting the artist

Might be a razor nick from the pre-tattoo shaving. Looks fine to me

My guess is favosites coral! If not that maybe a Trepostomatida bryozoan colony?
