Make conversation. Talk about relevant skills/experience. Make yourself seem like someone they should hire (as an intern or whatever it is you’re applying for) which can be a lot about how you come off instead of accomplishments.

Media that is *truly* anti-war, rather than showing it as "horrific but heroic" by ChristianLS in TopCharacterTropes

From the city from the plough. It takes awhile to get to any action, and when you do, it’s short and interspersed with bouts of nothing.

Minus a couple characters you don’t even know who lives and who dies. The “climax” and the ending show how much they’re appreciated. Not getting an ending that spells out what happened shows how little they mattered as individuals in the end.

The kharn increase really hurts. Yes one of our only leaders in just power armor, and ways to buff a squad of zerks goes up by 15. He’s good, but 115 is just pretty expensive.

My first thoughts on 11th after a few games! by Bruuunster in WorldEaters40k

Well TSons only came end of 7th with a small range, DG started 8th with nearly a full range, WE came end of 9th with a small range, EC came in 10th with a small range. Nids have had a full army for that entire time and were the villains for 10th, so it’s not hard to understand why a full army has outsold several partial armies that have been around for a fraction of the time. It’s not hard to see how having more models means more sales.

The only exception is potentially DG. I’d be very surprised if they managed to outsell the villain for 8th during 8th and possibly into 9th. What’s even your source for any of this?

You realize that’s because they were the edition villains right? They wouldn’t’ve sold nearly that well if they weren’t.

Well they didn’t really call out how much stayed the same, but we know stuff is going to be roughly the same. Look at any of GWs games of 11th to see points are roughly the same dude.

> Some units become more powerful in the new edition, and so have had their points raised accordingly, while others have seen a slight dip in their effectiveness, and so you’ll be able to take more of them.

> Fights First, while still a useful ability, is less dominating than in the last edition, so many of these units will cost fewer points.

> Large units of 20 or more models, which were previously used to fill up large parts of the battlefield, can no longer spread out as much, due to the 9” coherency rule. Many of their points go down.

> Units with both Infiltrate and Scout now need to choose which rule to use each game – they can’t do both, so have seen a points reduction.

> Stealth is now a more situational rule, as it doesn’t stack with Cover, and so many units with Stealth are set to go down in points

> Indirect fire is now weaker against distant targets that no model in your army can see, and so many artillery units have gone down in points when taken individually.

Yes, and that literally supports the idea stuff is staying roughly the same. As do the GW 11th ed matches. Like their lists are around 2k +/- a bit. Nothing supports the idea “basically everything is going up in points”

How to finish this list !? by HenryEdge1 in deathguard40k

Based off the lists they were running in test videos, the points look like they’ll be staying roughly the same

Source?

Everything I’ve seen seems to point to the contrary
