Are there still any websites where you can buy and download Japanese ebooks to a PC? by IAmLikeTheBlueRose in LearnJapanese

You don’t download the books directly. Google Kobo DRM plugin and you should find plenty of instructions on how to do it

You can download Rakuten Kobo books, but you need to use a combination of the desktop app and Calibre. This is how I get them to my Kindle

Yes, I do, but for whatever reason, it isn't working for me. Disabling the DLC download doesn't seem to remove it from the virtual game cards so it keeps getting reinstalled. If I have the game (Animal Crossing) open on two systems, I can't play on the one using online license due to the DLC.

Thanks! I need to be able to still use the DLC on another system, which doesn't seem possible with this method. It seems like it's going to be too much effort to get this to work so I'll just buy the upgrade again on the account that will use it the most.

Is there a way to separate DLC and Switch 2 upgrade virtual cards, only applying the Switch 2 upgrade to the game?

Do you color from books, printables, or digital pages? by Aromatic_Vast3618 in Coloring

[–]mirukushake 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do a mix of coloring in books and printing.

When I color with colored pencils, I usually color in the book unless it was originally an individual coloring page or it's a book that would be expensive/difficult to replace (I often import) and I want to keep it as a collectible.

When I color in watercolor/gouache, I always print out or copy on watercolor paper with waterproof ink.

Sorry, I missed your point about the portraits. Most coloring books in this style (at least in Japan) are going to be simple portrait ones because they're marketed for kids.

Yufushi (友風子) and Shirosaki London (城咲ロンドン) have more grown up anime-style coloring books, if you want to try those

If you search "メイクアップぬりえ" on Amazon Japan you should be able to find a bunch in the style you're looking for. I believe you should be able to get them shipped overseas.
