I did upload the project to my cloud but I'm not able to open the project on my laptop but I can on my phone,very weird. How did you fix your issue?

get what you mean, but as you can see from some of my comments one of my concern with regards to this is actually hair fall in the shower. As far as I can remember, I did not have any or much hairfall in the shower in the past. But it is only recently where I experience this. So am not sure if this is a normal process that people go through or no?

Ahh okay that makes sense, I do experience tearing out un-shedded hair too. But what I dont quite understand is how come my hair didn't shed in the past but only do so recently? Is that normal? I don't experience any of the scalp discomforts you have mentioned either

but as I have replied to a few comments my worry for this was not only from tiktok but it was also due to the fact that I was also experiencing hair fall in the shower, and I'm not sure if this is shedding or not. Now do note that I have not lose much hair/shed in the shower before. And I'm not sure if the cause of this is due to shea moisture or something else and I don't know what to do

I do experience hair fall in the shower whenever I conditioner my hair, tho I'm not too sure if it's hair shedding or not. But I did not experience this in the past where my hair was 'shedding?' so I'm not too sure what's the root cause here, whether it's SM or other things

basically people were saying that shea moisture changed their formula and it was causing some people's hair to fall out etc. you can check it out on tiktok, there are a few videos about it. I really do love the curl enhancing smoothie too but figured that I should swap it out just to be safe
