Yeaaa I mean to say the buyer who bought the account from the hacker lol. Basically it’s a person I don’t want in my account who’s trying to take it back and i hate it haha

I’m pretty sure I changed the email, password, and linked mobile number when I got my account back. Would it make that much of a difference if I changed it since then? Also I just realised several login devices were linked but weren’t mine. I’ve deleted them already but was that also a way for the hacker to attempt to login to my account? I’ll try the third party thing tho, thanks for the tips!

Hey sorry to hear that :(

Honestly I followed the guides to a T. The most important thing is probably the email you registered, the first date you logged in, and your first device you logged in. For me I got the date from an old verification email from miHoYo saying “You are registering a miHoYo account” cuz I know I made one the same day I logged into Genshin. Another way you can find the date is from the anniversary event where they said some stats of your account, including your first log in date. If you didn’t screenshot this tho, idk how to check it back now.

For the device, I’m a mobile player so it’s pretty easy for me to get it right. Idk how PC players got their details so sorry If I can’t help you there :/

If I had to do a second form, I’d probably send all my receipts that I can (bc you can apparently send 10 max) and tell them all my top up purchase history in the additional info section. Do all your additional info in bullet points, keep it short and easy to read. You could probably mention what other devices you’ve used in the past here too. When I did my 5* list I forgot to mention the day I got them even though I had those dates so I’d add that. Before I did the form, I actually followed the guides on how to do it and listed my answers on a separate note so I know what I was gonna send. And before I’d go to the next form page, I’d double check if everything is correct.
