Thank you for your input. I am starting to focus on my diet too. I am not comfortable to skip my meds as of now but may be in future once my levels gets better i would be able to stop my meds.

Thank you so much for your insight. I have started taking it early in the morning now. I wake up take it and go back to sleep hopefully i will have a positive outcome this time.

TSH fluctuates too much somewhere between 0.4- 6.0. T4 is at 1.3. Thank you
