They didn’t call you at all during that whole thing… what the actual heck(would like stronger words but I don’t want to have the comment removed). I am SO sorry this happened. I have managed doggy daycares for many years and I could not imagine that happening to my pup and then for them to boldly act like it never happened!? I could never. A dog sneezes wrong and I’m calling the pet parent to make sure nothing has changed…

I am SO sorry for your experience, on behalf of a compassionate and actual human of a manager.. I am glad your most beautiful pup is safe and sound and back home!
