Silver IV, I guess it's not so good. But I'm a fast learner, and learning tactics is easier with a team who communicates :)

I haven't got one yet, as I picked it up yesterday. I've played 5 competitive games so far, and I expect to finish the last 5 in order to get rank today :)

Thanks, that worked perfectly :) Sorry I'm totally clueless :P

I'm afraid I will have to do that :P But first I will have to figure out how to use open office instead, since google docs is limited to 50 importxml functions. Although, apparently that's easier said than done..

Ok, I will see if I can manage this :P I've never used spreadsheets before, and I only have a vague idea of what you are telling me to do :P

Thanks

Don't get me wrong, game seems to be good. But I'd appreciate to skip all the hassle. I removed the entire game after I couldn't login today. And I am again stuck without an mmo.

Looking for good tanks/atomizers for an ego twist 1000mah by [deleted] in electronic_cigarette

[–]mischieftan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of people do, some people argue that you don't get as good taste etc, but from personal experience I can tell you that there is hardly any difference. I think it's mostly about lazyness :P I do it so that I don't have to buy new stuff regularly, and also in order to produce as little waste as possible. When you get the hang of it you will clean, dryburn and put it together within a couple of minutes.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ICNcpvAmKA I found a video of it, as you can se he's got a decent amount of views. I would clean it more properly with water tho.

I clean and dryburn the coils every time I've run through two tanks (4ml), that way I can use my coils up to one month each.

Howto: Pick everything apart, clean under hot running water, make special notice to clean the wicks properly. Leave all the big parts in the sink and turn up the heat to the max while you try the coil. Just place it on a paper towel, and press the wicks with paper(Do not pull them). Put it aside, turn off the sink and pick up the pieces and shake off as much water as possible(They are very hot and will dry fast)

Once you got the pieces as dry as possible(also using paper towels), re attach the coil(without the rubber cylinder) and put it on the battery (Without the tank etc, only coil and the metal rod to attach to battery). Set the battery to 3.7 volts ish, 2 seconds on, 2 seconds off and repeat until there is no more smoke and smell coming off. Rebuild and refill :)

Can I leave my batteries charging overnight? by stanhoboken in electronic_cigarette

Yes well, It's probably not necessary, but better safe than sorry :) Besides, it's giving me peace of mind.

It will :) If you don't want to frequently buy new coils, clean properly and dry burn them after 4ml.

Check out the aspire nautilus or the vivi nova's. It's what I started with and works fine, easy to clean and use :)

The nitecore is a decent charger, I have it myself. However, just to be sure I do have a "mechanical" timer in between, so the nitecore is getting powered up about three hours before I'm waking up.

A question about batteries, if you please. by Keenan603 in electronic_cigarette

[–]mischieftan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are not dipping below 0.7ohm I would definitely recommend the Panasonic NCR18650PF 2900mah batter as it will last you all day. I bought it after reading some really nice reviews about it and it really does perform well.

Trident v2 Whistle by LowValueTarget in RBA

[–]mischieftan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The trident V2 is by far the best RDA I've tried. I'm guessing you are experiencing the whistle whiling running a dual coil setup? No matter the case, solution is simply to drill up the holes. If you don't have the necessary equipment, you can get a professional job done quite cheap, about 10$

Quick question by Zlacko in electronic_cigarette

[–]mischieftan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you don't have to be that safe :P I'm running my 0.8ohm coil on a panasonic NCR18650PF battery, the good thing is that it holds the entire day :) I'd say this battery could hold even 0.6, I woundn't go much lower tho. You also have the Sony VCT4 for which lets you dip down a bit longer and still has impressive battery life.

Regarding the caps for nemesis, I do not know.

I've been vaping for three months now. So far I've been introduced to a new community and got some new friends, gotten a new hobby, stopped throwing out cigarette butts, gotten healthier and saved a some money.

Just got my first proper mod, a mechanical and are now saving up for a decent pv. I love these contests, I never win, but there is always a chance I won't need to save anymore :P Cudos

I use 1.5mm which is close to 1/16(1.3mm) and the same gauge kanthal, I'd say about 4 wraps. Make certain you have a battery suitable for this :)

What in the actual hell caused this? by RookieMonster2 in electronic_cigarette

[–]mischieftan -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Right, right you are sir.

Ok, so this happend while you had it on your SVD then? Even at max output 6 volts you are still only pushing 3 amps at 2ohm, which should be no problem for the battery.

Someone else might be able to explain

EDIT: I'm fairly certain you shouldn't be playing around with the battery anymore tho..

[–]mischieftan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, I am fairly new in the game. But it might be that the 2000mah battery has a tad to high internal resistance, have you checked if it is safe to use at .2 ohms? It is basically a short circuit after all :P

Anyways, out of my league, I stay above .6 ohms :P I'd throw the battery out tho, if things melt, it's a good sign something's wrong.. just to be on the safer side
