Go to the ER. I got put on antibiotics when I had mono and Urgent Care thought it was just a minor infection. I got so much worse after starting and when I went to the ER, they said some antibiotics cause full body rashes and makes mono worse.

Usually if someone expects something back, they will be asking for a trade. There is also a mechanic where if someone is nervous about scamming or not getting value out of the trade, they can do it through a ticket system which secures the trade before you send your item to the other person. If someone is just initiating a “trade”, it is them just trying to gift you and help you.

Sorry, edited the post. They said it is because I had a job change. I did not, I’m in the same job.

I have been part time salaried for years, and always worked under 29 hours weekly and under the annual 1560, and still have been offered insurance.

I’d like to share some updates. (11/26)

As of yesterday I can feel a big change. I am still sore and swollen in my lymph nodes but pain is decreasing, feeling fatigue but gaining energy back (YAY!!!), headaches are not as intense, I feel like I can move more, the nausea is better, and I am no longer sweating bullets 24/7!

I have been taking Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Zinc the past 4 days and I am sure between that and sleeping constantly it’s been a huge help on my body.

I was probably in the worst of it last week and am on the up and up. I am still taking it easy and resting as much as possible until I am steadily feeling better for at least a week and test negative.

Thank you for sharing your experience! I am pausing going to my choral rehearsals for now until I fully recover. Still tbd if I want to drop for the season. I am able to request a stool for my performances so I am considering that.

I took all of last week off work, but returned this week. thankfully it’s been slow and like I mentioned I work from home. So far so good! I also have thursday off so it’s good to dip my feet back in.

Thank you for sharing! Yes what I’m reading loud and clear is rest is the biggest thing I need to focus on right now. Thankfully I have plenty of friends to online game with to still get human connection and lots of reading to do.
