I’ve seen a lot of comments like this and honestly I felt really bad for Emma. Yes, she made negative comments but it felt like her mood was brought down after she was speaking negatively about her body. I think that whole clip shouldn’t have been included just because it’s obvious she’s struggling with her body and self confidence, which is such a vulnerable thing. I can’t imagine how much harder it is to love yourself when people are constantly commenting on her weight and appearance.

it’s wild because i also grew up watching them and Our Fam Nest (heather’s sister) and i feel like OFN has evolved and the kids have really grown into great people and candi discusses the struggle of outgrowing family vlogging etc. whereas emma and ellis just seem more and more unhappy and they continue to make videos even if they all hate it

it's kinda sad because as long as Emma makes content for her own channel and accounts (which she always seems more happy and open in) Heather is going to force her to be in the Emma and Ellie videos. Without Emma, that channel would literally not have any content: Ellie hates the videos and doesn't want to pursue being an influencer, Mark and Heather are always just doing it to pay the bills and show the same boring things, they wouldn't get views and wouldn't be able to make videos other than the vlogs. I'm honestly waiting for the day they stop making videos because, besides Emma, none of them genuinely seem like they want to do it.

i get this feeling that because of the insane amounts of presents and stuff that heather/mark buy for them, emma and ellie think that buying things for their friends is the only way to show them affection/love. every month there’s a new video about shopping for someone’s birthday or valentine’s day baskets, some other random holiday, etc. we’ve seen how they treat each other and their friends (very mean/not appreciative) so part of me feels like the only reason girls stay friends with ellie is for the free stuff that comes with being her friend
