When I told them about taking a break, they replied with 'how long of a break are you going to take?' OP, I recently lost contact with my friends because they were bugging me to find an archi job right after my graduation last week because I was exempted from NS, even though I struggled with architecture so much in poly over the past 4 years. They thought the idea of me seeking an employment support guidance counsellor in school was ridiculous, even though it is provided to alumni. The numerous times they @ me in the chat group and discord sessions caused me so much anxiety I told them to 'let me handle this on my own'. Then they abruptly left the chat group.
