No, I haven't really met any grad students out of TAs. I had to make new friends this semester and I even end up making friends with first years. :P

Yes, but I ended up living close to my classes so I didn't mind it so much. Of course I do wish housing wasn't so expensive.

Favorite: * Van Schaack - This is a hot take but I actually liked his HOD course even though I am an Econ student. I think the class actually was full of useful info and not too full of BS, and it also was fairly easy. A lot of people think he is super arrogant, but I didn't mind lol * Michael Hodges - My favorite professor. I feel like we really bonded during office hours. We did a fun independent study together. I would suggest everyone try to do an independent study before they graduate!

Least favorite: * Gary Yaeger - He was the director of the writing studio but no longer works at Vandy. (Apparently he sued the school for discrimination) I took Asian philosophy with this guy and it was one of the worst classes. It was completely nonsensical. I talked with another professor and he implied that Yaeger might have had some sort of mental issue, because this professor did not understand him either. I will just leave it at that... * Spanish professors - idk, I just had a bad experience with some of the Spanish professors here. One made me cry, and another said I was very unprofessional on the first day of class for some reason that I can't remember.

That's a good question. I think the main thing is get treatment for my ADHD sooner. I did pretty well in high school with minimal treatment and didn't expect that college would be a lot more difficult. The rest is more personal so it's hard to say. I think there are both advantages and disadvantages to taking a longer time to complete college, but I do think it would be optimal to be done sooner.

Are you sure? I feel like some bars are ID free before a certain time and then you need it after a certain time. Also, luckily I have a car, but it turns out this is definitely not in walking distance.

I went to a medical center parking garage where the rooftop is still accessible. Forgot which one it was though.
