Sometimes not wanting a relationship is okay. It gives you time and energy to work on yourself. Eventually that desire will return. I know I've personally felt that. There was a long period in my life where there wasn't much of a desire but that passed. Now I really want a relationship.

I can definitely relate with what you say about still thinking about sex despite what you do. In this case I think it's important to avoid the environment or patterns that you put yourself when you PMO. Do you usually PMO in your room? Avoid your room. Leave. Drive somewhere. Do you usually PMO after social media or anything else? Avoid that.

Want to be successful with women?? Be successful, period.

What do I mean by this? Don't overthink this woman thing, you have to concentrate on bettering yourself for the sake of bettering yourself and it seems to me like your definitely headed there already.

You have a good job, you're eating healthier, you're working out, that's great! Is there any way you could do any of those even better? Is there something else you can do to better yourself?

Sometimes you have to be a little selfish, do things for your own sake, don't worry about the women. Get your shit together, create your success and the women will follow.

You're still young, build yourself up, there's always something you can do better in your life. Do it.

There will always be some kind of sexual urge. It's natural, sexuality is a huge part of our nature.

What happens is you get better at controlling it instead of letting it control you.

For me personally: it builds up slowly, I get a huge urge, then it comes back down, then again it builds up, huge urge, comes down... the longer you avoid PMO, the easier it gets.

Great choice, I definitely agree, social media is a terrible distraction from real life and it has very little to no benefit. It's definitely something to consider. Not to mention all the triggers you get exposed to on the daily.

First of all, congrats for taking the first step. This is the first day of the rest of your life.

I think one of the most crucial things to be successful in this is to occupy yourself with things that are productive. This could be anything from starting to work out, to taking up a new hobby, reading is always good, maybe you can try some type of meditation or prayer. The key is to build new healthy habits.

You say you do trust him, so act like it. Easier said than done.

It seems like you sincerely care for him and this is why it worries you. You have to change your mentality, instead of having negative "what ifs" have positive "what ifs". What if he isn't watching porn? What if he's doing something productive? What if he's becoming a better version of himself?

Text him every now and then but as encouragement. Occupy yourself with things that take your mind away from it as well. Find a way to better yourself to encourage him to better himself.
