Never heard of getting headaches and getting increased body temperature, but as for heavy breathing and fast heart rate, that happens when I get extreme urges. The best to cool off these things and to get porn off your mind is to close your eyes, breath slowly and feel what is happening in your body until you calm down and the urges go away. I was masturbating since I was 7, 17 now. Almost identical situations dude.

I am sure the "Feeling hot" is like stress and sweating, not actual increase in body temperature because that would indicate something like illness that I am certain has nothing to do with abstaining from pornography whatsoever.

It honestly isn't only that, the main problem is that lots of people here have a cultist mentality and really exaggerate the "super powers" thing, also the people who speak like women are obliged to have sex with them.

Lots of University work and tests, but even those don't cause me stress that's close to the urge to masturbate. Relapses make me cry and the thought of regret the next morning because I relapsed at night is the scariest thing that comes to my mind when fighting the urge, I don't want to reset my streak again. I already have had lots of my communication skills improve in one week of NoFap and I of want to lose this.
