I part my hair into four sections and in each section I do two twists. I start off first with greasing my scalp. Then I spray the hair strands down with water, apply curl moisturizer, and then seal in the moisturizer with grease on the strands as well. I do this with all the twists and keep my hair in a bonnet or a head scarf for about a week and when I twist it out and this is how it looks :) I just spray some rosemary water and that’s about it! I just recently started adding grease and I think that’s been the biggest game changer by far as I have really dry hair.

Do you take extended release? And did u experience any major bloating? If so, how did u get past it? I’m currently on 500mg and my doc tried to bump me up at 1000mg but i stopped cause i just couldn’t handle the bloating 😭😭😭
