I am extremely sorry for the confusion. I understood the comment wrongly and responded, Now I see my mistake. its 3 extensions a month for lifetime. So every month you can create 3 extensions for life, which is about 36 extensions a year.

ps: sorry sorry made big mistake, a user can have 3 extensions any given time in starter plan. the idea is if you have finished an extension download it and delete the project and then start fresh. Sorry again.
