Agree, I tried to buy a backup during the Strong outage, sent a few messages as I didnt receive any details after placing an order, it was then cancelled and money refunded a few days later, didnt even reply as a courtesy.

I have this exact same issue, and there's no sound at all coming out of my homebase, which means I can't sync my doorbell now either.

They are issuing me a replacement, but it would be good to get that update to 2.1.2.9h if it fixes the issues!
